The Polish Nail Lounge & Co was founded by Leona Vergantino, a passionate entrepreneur with over 17 years of licensed service experience and 7 years of entrepreneurial experience. Throughout her time in the industry, Leona noticed a shortage of personality, professionalism, and respect in the nail industry. She felt that clients were treated differently from a salon-to-salon and strived to create an experience that would rival the most luxurious establishments. She felt that team members and service providers were not recognized and appreciated for their hard work and talent. This is where Polish began. Leona’s goal as a beauty professional and business owner is to provide a professional, luxurious salon experience head to toe. By fostering a multicultural creative work atmosphere that is cohesive and supportive of personal growth, the Polish team has grown to be recognized as one of the top nail service providers in Philadelphia based in self love and natural beauty.

Beyond her success in building Polish and it’s phenomenal team, Leona is a mother of 2, loves to travel, enjoys amazing food, and spending quality time with the people she loves.
